1/4 cup vegetable
3/4 cup maple syrup (or agave nectar)
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 can crushed pineapple (398ml/14oz)
2 cups whole wheat flour (or spelt)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (or almonds, etc.)
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup raisins
2 cups quick oats
1 tsp sea salt
Mix all wet ingredients together. Add dry ingredients and combine until mixed well. Use ice cream scoop and place on prepared cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 to 25 minutes
Ready in: 30 to 35 minutes
